Cancellation Policy

At Optiverse Solutions India, we understand that plans may change. This Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which you can cancel a service or order.

Cancellation Timeframe

• Orders or service bookings can be cancelled within 24 hours of booking
• For same-day or urgent services, cancellation must be done before the technician is dispatched

Late Cancellation

• If cancellation is made after technician dispatch, a service/visit charge may apply
• No cancellation is allowed once the service has started or completed

Refund on Cancellation

• Eligible cancellations will be refunded as per our Refund Policy
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method

Non-Cancellable Cases

• Service has already been completed
• Product has already been shipped or dispatched
• Incorrect information provided by the customer

Rescheduling Option

Customers may request to reschedule a service instead of cancelling, subject to availability.
